And realising just how petty we really are to be complaining so much when others, kids as young as 4 or 5, have so many more troubles on their shoulders. Yet, they embrace strangers - me - with the warmest smile and the most sincere gestures of welcome, and live a life filled with optimism and laughter. Hah, yes Elvin. Ditto to traveling alone. To be able to feel for the 3rd world country's ppl wld be more real then reading it from the papers or watching it on TV. To be contented with ourselves at the least we have, might be a luxury to them. Observing passerby is only one sided. you wldnt know what they had gone thru or is going thru. Just purely assuming, might not be e truth as some won't like to show in their facial appearance if they are strong enuff.
