Finding love is no longer on my list of new year resolution for 2010. Oh I have not found it yet… I just got tired or finding something for so long…Perhaps I should just let love find me like someone here has said?
Elvin, very simple. If you find the girl that matches all your criterias, then you got to be the first to make the move. Don’t expect the girl to make the first move although I know that in the modern era, it can be the lady to make the first move. Usually women don’t make the first move directly, they give you opportunities to befriend them.
A happy, healthy and love relationship must come in three aspects of love – the friendship love, the unconditional love and the ‘romantic’ love. All three must exist in a marriage but too bad, many marriages only stop at ‘feeling romantic’ and so they landed up with so many problems and conflicts. Feeling romantic can be found anywhere and everywhere but unconditional love and friendship love will keep you in track in marriage. A lady at the pub can be at upmost romantic in speech, action and eye-contact but it is only a fleeting moment.
I hope you will be able to find your dream girl soon. I like Tarzan in the drama ‘Together’, he is very focus in one girl, Jian Hong. Are you like him.? I am not hinting anything, just a comparison of characters.
With your achievements right now, you should have no problem finding someone that you admire.

2) I just got back from N Thailand, Khun Yuam in Mae Hong Son. I took 9 days leave n I went there alone to bring joy n happiness to almost 200 kids n orphans there. I spent less than US $200 (not including air tickets n other personal expenses). This is the second time I went there, that ‘s why I am able to go there by myself this year.
Remember u dun need to be rich to volunteer
As long as u r rich in your heart some one will lead u there.

Yes, I have done certain forms of volunteering and ‘subsidizing’ work through my profession before deciding to start my own business. I used to feel that money is ‘evil’ and had shunned away from some good opportunities in the past. However, the recent economic downturn makes me realise that I need to have more money to help more.
I’m not that young now, and I’m not financially very strong. But with my passion, knowledge, determination and ability, I’m confident I’ll succeed. (I don’t know why, but I’m lucky in the sense that everytime I encounter difficulties, ‘gui ren’ will appear to give me support.)
I strongly believe that when it comes to charity, nobody should feel too old, too young, or too poor to do it.
Love is everywhere!

I think you acted real well in 《当我们同在一起》, it can be considered your breakthrough performance, viewers see you as Tarzan in the story and not Elvin trying to act like Tarzan. The climax of the show when you got hurt facing off with mountain wolf really brought tears to my eyes. Keep up the good work!

Hello Elvin, first time reading your blog, think you are a spectacular celebrity, and surprisingly, many people have commented that my husband and you do look alike. But he’s slightly older than you. Anyway, I only recently started watching Together and last night’s episode ended quite well, touching in fact, a display of unconditional love from Tarzan to Jianhong… I believe such situations do happen in real life. However, it may seem difficult and unrealistic in today’s context. I have so many guy friends who ended in in divorce because their wives were materialistic or others have just settled down for Taiwanese wives…but don’t panic, you are still very young, true love will happen for those who seek ernestly. My husband and I can be counted as one of the blissful ones around. Hope we can get to know you in person someday! All the best.
