Memories I Thought I Had Lost.
So much has changed & so much has taken place
So much too has remained & stayed the same
& always will do.
Spaces & gaps in between
Amidst our because vast hence limited memories.
Memories gained & memories thought lost
Only to come back ever so vividly
Like we had never left the old place.
Nearly ten years now
Felt like never again
Suddenly like yesterday just passed.
“Yesterday once more” is a cliche.
But it’s not yesterday;
it’s today.
“Today once more”
How much we wish & wish
for “once more” “once more”.
Live & relive & live.
Thank you for making the pages
Come alive again
If only for that second, that One Single Moment
Then again to go back into the page.
Because “Life’s a book, & usually opened in the middle.”
Thank you
for the kindness
& the generosity of spirit.
It was warm
like the spring baths
Too warm even
But it felt good
When there is no reason for someone to treat you so good
but they do,
Something takes place in the heart.
& also in the brain.
Because your mindset is changed
Your perspective changes again.
Like a road trip
Take turns to drive
Parts of it you remember;
parts of it you don’t
No, life is not in pieces but as a whole.
My two friends, nearly “childhood” friends.
One with three younger brothers, chased out of home, built a business on his own, independent,
now happily married with a cosy home.
One nearly lost his life to illness, an affable person with a good heart, handling his family business,
now happily married to Shizu-san with a lovable son by the name of Taito.
These ten years I thought had gone missing.
They were surprised too how much had taken place for me.
Lost & found, contact established.
That One Single Moment, how much you’d give.
Because you never expected you’d meet them again.
Seeing you again
has brought back for me
Memories I Actually Never Lost.

It’s a trip where not only you can get away from work, but a trip where you spend time with your close friends/buddies whom you don’t get to see them often.
Memories was never be lost. It will always be in your heart. Just that at times, you will have the feeling that it’s gone.
But when the right people are gathered together, you realised that many things seems to just happen yesterday. It seems that you are back to the past.
Treasure the time/memories you have with them. =)

i have a bunch of frens who dont meet up v often too, we only meet like once or twice a year but we are never distant. n whenever we meet up we have tonnes to share and talk abt. =)
Wonderful & Great 2 found back your long lost friends, especially when they are your childhood pals. For me, I dun even know where my childhood pals are, and how they are doing, cuz I did not keep in touch with them for a long time. Thou I have recently found some of my primary friends back from FaceBook, but still we dun get 2 get-together. Anyway when a person grows, they will have their own life, such as new family (Hubby or Wife & Kids) formed and the current family (Dad & Mum) they had. Do treasure what you have found once again. =.=
Can’t get to know how it feels like but glad that u have found those memories back…have been too quiet all along till now…have no friends…coz i do not like to talk or talk much, peoples tend to thought & felt that i am proud =(

Its a good feeling where actually your long lost friend remember you.
True friends are those when you”re in the most difficult times in your life,they”re there.
Most people will share happy times with you but its the people that actually be there for you when you needed them,are the most important.

Elvin, pls take good care of your health, weather is bad nowadays, don’t take too much heaty foods, drink herbal tea if needed, & most importantly drink more water, don’t skip your meals even though u r busy, get enough rest & try to sleep early if possible.

I’m reading your blog for the first time and though I can’t say I read all of your entries, but this one caught my interest.. I guess mostly because of the title.. and I liked the way how you discovered those memories you thought you had lost but were always there in your heart, and mind.. I lost a friend a year ago..and till now, I still think of the memories.. and I guess even without the person.. we can still think of the good that happened in that friendship..and count our blessings…
The first time I saw you on TV was when you acted in the NKF show opposite Joanne Peh..and since then..I have to say you’ve really come a long way…I’ve always liked to watch your shows and I’m glad you are improving more and more..and hopefully you’ll get that Best Actor someday..
Well..though I guess you won’t reply to this..and you may or may not read this entry..but I’ll just leave my sincere wishes here for you..and hope all things goes smoothly for you, in terms of life, love, family, career..
